Lovely hotel although we had an accessible room overlooking the courtyard. The shower was not suitable for anyone over 5ft 4in as the shower head was at that height. The air con was very noisy. The curtains did not meet at the join and so people in the courtyard could see in through the slit/daylight comes in. Lastly the room had a funny smell. But the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. Our second room was on the second floor overlooking the marina and the road. You could hear traffic noise and people walking around upstairs but lovely bathroom and very clean. The staff were all charming and couldn’t be more helpful. The location is great for wandering around Sausalito which is fabulous. You also get 15% off the Firestation cafe which was just gorgeous! I hear that the larger rooms are stunning.

Made our stay extra special and accommodated our Mama Linda (Mother) in getting to and from the hotel as she had a hard time walking up stairs. Each staff member was truly caring and delightful to work with. They came up with a solution and hospitality that we will not forget. The views of the Bay from the hotel either front or back was amazing and very close to all the down town place to experience. We would recommend it to other and we will back to enjoy it our selves as it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Thank you to the staff for making it a memorable experience for us and Mama Linda!

The goal of selecting the casa was to be near our family while recouping from an heart attack . The location , features , advantages were spot on. The staff were exceptional from the valet … the front desk to service folks . Polite , friendly , caring , it was like staying with family . The amenities for dinning were right at your beckoning . Location !! Location ! Our Room were facing the harbor and with the balcony !!! A seat above the throng with excellent views with privacy . We will return … our son lives within walking distance so it made their visiting EZ.

I was only In Sausalito for one night and was lucky enough to stay here. From the Front Desk staff to personnel at Poggio, the employees were friendly and professional. I ate both meals at Poggio. And the food and value were great. My room did not have a water view or a great view at all. The tv was a weird angle from the sofa, but the bed was comfortable and the property was quiet.

Location is unbeatable. The room was comfortable and bed was excellent. Bathroom was nice and big with separate toilet area. Large tv and couch with sitting area. Did not have a room with a view but it was still nice.
